How fresh is your coffee?
Every bag is roasted to order and shipped within 24 hours. You'll typically receive it within 2–4 business days of roast.
Can I choose the grind?
Yes. On every product page you can select whole bean, espresso, pour-over, French press, or Aeropress grind.
How does the subscription work?
Pick a coffee (or let us curate), pick a cadence (2, 3, or 4 weeks), and we ship on your rhythm. Skip, swap, pause, or cancel any time from your account.
What if I don't like the coffee?
Freshness guarantee: if a bag arrives stale or doesn't taste right, we replace it or refund it. Just email concierge@exquisitecoffees.com.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the US, Canada, UK, and EU. International orders over $75 include free shipping.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
