- Every bag is roasted to order and shipped within 24 hours. You'll typically receive it within 2–4 business days of roast.

- Yes. On every product page you can select whole bean, espresso, pour-over, French press, or Aeropress grind.
- How does the subscription work?
- Pick a coffee (or let us curate), pick a cadence (2, 3, or 4 weeks), and we ship on your rhythm. Skip, swap, pause, or cancel any time from your account.
- What if I don't like the coffee?
- Freshness guarantee: if a bag arrives stale or doesn't taste right, we replace it or refund it. Just email concierge@exquisitecoffees.com.
